TISLOG office Infodesk2Go gives you access to all relevant information right on your smartphone: locate vehicles, keep an eye on all stops, distribute or reschedule tours, communicate with drivers without detours - everything on the go, anytime and anywhere.
Runs on any Android device
The Infodesk2Go app runs on every current Android smartphone. So if you already own an Android device, you don't have to buy any new hardware to use our app.
Quick and easy installation
As a TISLOG customer, you not only have access to our mobile driver software and the Infodesk web portal for the headquarters. For a small additional fee, you also get access to our mobile 2Go add-on service. Everything you need in addition is an internet connection so that your mobile device can communicate with the TISLOG office server.
The download link for the app can be found in the desktop web interface of TISLOG office Infodesk. From there you can have the download link sent to your mobile device, for example by SMS, and then install the application.
Once the app is installed, scan the QR code from the Infodesk web interface on your desktop once with your smartphone to link your active Infodesk account with the app on your smartphone. Done!
You can now log in on your mobile device with your access data as usual and have the same rights in the app as in your Infodesk web interface.

Stay informed about all driving, rest and working times of your drivers at all times. This way you always know which drivers are available for orders.
Driver Mail
Communicate with your drivers directly in the software using the integrated "Driver Mail" tool.
Call
Call individual drivers directly from the driver list without leaving the app.
Shipments
All orders at a glance. Reschedule orders "on the go" in the event of delivery difficulties.
Alert Board
All urgencies at a glance. Delivery difficulties, timeouts, negative status or other problems in the supply chain - react immediately regardless of the issues at hand.
Intuitive operation, user-friendly interface
Functions such as the driver dialog, the fleet overview, configuration options and other options are available via the main menu in a user-friendly interface.
In the app you will find detailed information from TISLOG office Infodesk on ongoing tours and stops and you can also reschedule tours if necessary (provided that the relevant rights are available).
Rest, driving and working times are displayed clear and with graphic cues for each individual driver. The different states are clearly marked through color coding.
In the driver overview, all drivers are listed as well as the current status of the driving and working hours. From the overview you can start calls directly or communicate with your drivers via messages in the driver mail tool.
The vehicles in your fleet can be located directly on the map.
